我司研发的特种环保纤维在国内外众多的运动品牌中得到一致好评，法国迪卡侬及其它国内外知名运动品牌均选择PBT长丝及复合纤维材料制衣原料。通过对原料的特性改良，以及跟运动品牌的合作所得到的启发，我司经过几年的研发努力，针对传统冰麻的缺陷，冰麻升级版纱线终于在今年成熟推出市场，新产品不但具备冰麻的特性和感觉，在传统冰麻很多的短板上还得到跨越式的突破，对比传统冰麻的优势特点如下：
The special environmental protection fiber developed by our company have won wide applause from numerous domestic and overseas sports brands, French Decathlon and other famous sports brands all choose PBT filament yarn and composite fiber as garment material. Through the improvement of characteristics of raw materials, inspiration got from cooperation with sports brands, and several years of research and development efforts, the upgraded ice linen yarn is finally introduced to market maturely this year after overcoming traditional ice line yarn’s defects. This new product not only have characteristics of traditional ice linen yarn, and still achieve leap-forward breakthrough on traditional ice linen’s weak points. Compared with traditional ice linen yarn, the upgraded ice linen yarn’s advantages are as follows:

1、升级版冰麻原料纱线符合欧盟标准、原料纤维环保，纱筒重约2公斤/只，接头较少，生产过程中成品率高，次品率少，生产成本下降。
1. The upgraded ice linen yarn is in compliance with the EU standards, cone weight is about 2kg, connectors are less, rate of qualified products are high and rate of defective products are low, production cost is reduced.
2、升级版冰麻纱线主要原料为本公司生产工艺成熟稳定的可靠粘胶纤维和弹性纤维材料，加工生产过程中气压以及温度等指标严格把控，纤维各项指标稳定可控，所以能保证染色产品，颜色无偏差。
2. The main raw materials of upgraded ice linen yarn are our own mature and stable viscose and elastic fibers, through strict control of parameters of pressure, temperature etc. during production, making sure no color difference for dyed products.
3、升级版冰麻纱线染色为常温染色90℃~95℃，染色色牢度能确保4~4.5级，不容易出现褪色和搭色现象。
3. The dyeing temperature for upgraded ice linen yarn is normal 90℃-95℃, color fastness can reach 4-4.5 grade, color is not easy to fade and overlap.
4、升级版冰麻纱线织造衣服具有吸湿排汗功能，透气性好，成衣立体感强，当天气炎热出汗后容易排汗，不紧贴皮肤，不会导致身体难受，不舒服等缺点。
4. Clothes made by upgraded ice linen yarn enjoy the function of moisture wicking, good breathability, excellent drapability. It’s easy to release sweat after sweating during hot weather, won’t cling to skin and cause comfortlessness to body.
5、升级版冰麻纱线织造后衣服有立体感、平整不起皱，成品柔软，衣服细腻、不粗糙，透气凉爽。

传统冰麻缺点：
Weak points of traditional ice linen yarn:
1、传统冰麻接头多，产生的结头在单面和四平织法上很容易导致漏针和破洞，增加生产的次品率，导致成本增加。
1. Traditional ice linen yarn have more connectors which can easily cause hole, drop stitch on single jersey and full needle knitting, increasing rate of defective products and production cost.
2、传统冰麻染色，粘胶长丝和锦纶长丝不同厂家生产造成工艺伸长不稳定，导致染色每缸出来颜色偏差大。
2.When dyeing traditional ice linen yarn, because viscose and nylon are produced by different manufacturers, technological process and elongation are not stable, resulting in big color difference among every dying vat.
3、传统冰麻色牢度很难控制，夹色织造过程中容易搭色，大货生产风险加大，造成批量生产质量控制困难。
3. It’s difficult to control color fastness of traditional ice linen yarn, color is easy to overlap during marl yarn production, increasing risk and difficulty of mass production.
4、传统冰麻由于原料特性，吸汗排汗性能很差，身体发热后产生的排汗很难挥发，会贴肤导致身体湿漉漉的很闷很难受。
4. Because of the characteristics of raw materials, traditional ice linen yarn have poor performance of moisture absorbing and sweat releasing, sweat is very difficult to evaporate when body heats, clothes will stick to skin, making people feel very stuffy and uncomfortable.
5、传统冰麻布面纹理不够细腻平整，生产织造还会有起扭现象。
5. Cloth texture made by traditional ice linen yarn are not fine and smooth, twist can appear during production.
6、传统冰麻手感偏硬，比较糙，贴肤运动摩擦皮肤会有不舒服的贴肤感。
6. Hand feeling of traditional ice linen yarn is hard and rough, skin feel uncomfortable during friction.
