At present, the company has put into operation a set of PBT polyester plant with an annual output of 80,000 tons, mainly producing PBT slicing, melt direct spinning elastic filament, elastic staple fiber, PBT/PET composite elastic filament, etc. Another set of 100,000 tons/year PBT polyester device and its supporting melt direct spinning elastic long silk thread is in joint trial and trial production. In addition, in response to the national industrial development (dual carbon), the company is working with Zhejiang University and other units to develop melt direct spinning bio-based biodegradable succinate products and PBS intelligent spinning series products. The device focuses on the research and development and production of differentiated PBST polyester, biodegradable materials, PBS fibers, PBS films and other cutting-edge new materials and fibers. After the two sets of polyester plants under construction and newly built by the company are fully put into operation, the annual production capacity of PBT polyester will reach 210,000 tons, accounting for 15% of the current domestic total production capacity.
